To commemorate the Jubilee Year, two parishes in our region have been designated as pilgrim churches: Saint Paul in Hingham and Saint Patrick in Brockton. Visiting these churches, participating in Mass and receiving Holy Communion, going to confession, and offering one Our Father, one Hail Mary and one Glory Be to the Father for the needs of our Holy Father, Pope Francis in order to receive a plenary indulgence. Confession and Mass does not need to be done in the pilgrim church.
This Friday into Saturday they will have twenty-four hours of Eucharistic Adoration, along with priests available for confession, beginning at 10 am on Friday, March 28th , at Saint Paul in Hingham and ending the next day at 9 am on Saturday, March 29th. It will begin at Saint Patrick in Brockton at 5 pm on Friday, March 28th, and it will end at 4 pm on Saturday, March 29th. Hopefully you will be able to take advantage of this offering and receive the plenary indulgence.
